Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes Best AI Security at bestaisecurity.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, chosen topic and message. For copyright notices, also the details the notice requires (the work, the URL, your statements and electronic signature).
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.
• Browser storage. The site does not write cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. The calculator keeps your weights in page memory only, and the comparison tool keeps your chosen vendors in the page address (for example ?v=bay,zenity). Both are lost when you leave the page unless you keep the link.
• Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When fonts load, Google receives your IP address and browser details.

The site loads no analytics, advertising or other tracking scripts.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site, load its fonts and answer your messages. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
• The form delivery provider that passes contact messages to us, once configured.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Israel, where we are based, and wherever our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for these transfers. Israel benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

We keep contact messages as long as we need to handle them, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.

EU and UK. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You can ask to know and delete the personal information we hold, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Israel. Under the Privacy Protection Law you can ask to review your information and to have it corrected or deleted.
