How do you send a notice?
Use the contact form and choose "Copyright notice". Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site, including its URL.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
How do you send a counter-notification?
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notification through the same form with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
What if a notice is false?
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material infringes, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Repeat infringers
The site has no user uploads. Our repeat infringer policy applies to any contributed material: we will stop using material from contributors who repeatedly infringe.
Forwarding notices
We may forward a notice or counter-notification, including the sender's details, to the party concerned.
